Visitor Policy

For the health, safety, and well-being of our dogs, puppies, livestock, and family, our farm is closed to visitors and we do not offer farm tours or in-person puppy visits.

We understand that families want to feel comfortable when choosing a breeder. We are happy to provide current photos, videos, health-testing information, veterinary records when appropriate, registration information, and regular puppy updates so prospective families can confidently see how our dogs and puppies are raised.

Puppy pickup will take place at our home and puppy families will receive instructions for pickup, 2 weeks prior to their puppy going home.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy. Our priority will always be the health, safety, and welfare of our dogs and puppies.

This policy is in place for several important reasons:

Disease prevention: Young puppies have developing immune systems and can be vulnerable to illnesses such as parvovirus and other contagious diseases that may unknowingly be carried onto the property on shoes, clothing, hands, or vehicles.

• Protection of our livestock: Our Great Pyrenees are livestock guardian dogs, and unfamiliar people entering their working environment can cause unnecessary stress or disrupt their normal behavior and responsibilities.

Safety and security: Our farm is also our private home and a working agricultural property. Limiting visitors helps protect our animals, property, and family.

Reducing stress: Mothers and young puppies benefit from a quiet, controlled environment, especially during pregnancy, whelping, and the first several weeks of the puppies' lives.
